Barbados Cooking

Yesterday, we cooked food from Barbados.

  • Fish cakes – Cod balls. Tasted wonderful but probably best served with some vinegar or sweet and sour sauce. 8/10. Recipe here
  • Cassava pone – We eat also cassava cake in the Philippines. This one tasted great. 10/10. Recipe here.
