Mauritania cooking

We had Mauritanian cuisine yesterday. It was quite difficult to find recipes from this country.

  • Lamb Couscous – couscous with lamb. Similar to the Moroccan one. 8/10. Recipe here.
  • Avocado pudding – avocado with milk. We eat avocado as a dessert too in the Philippines but not blended. 5/10. Recipe here.
