Romania Cooking

Posted on February 1, 2021February 1, 2021

We cooked food from Romania last Saturday. We liked everything.

  • Mici – meatballs with a lot of spices. Quite similar to other meatball dishes in Arabic countries. 7/10. Recipe here.
  • Zacusca – vegetable spread with eggplants and red bellpeppers. 7/10. Miriam’s family loved it but I’m not really a vegetable person. Recipe here.
  • Papanasi – Romanian donuts with cream and jam. I love it, reminds me of scones. 9.5/10. Recipe here.
